Tell me, in plain language:
- what the company does;
- roughly how many people are involved;
- which core systems you rely on;
- what is currently frustrating you;
- what feels risky or too dependent on one person;
- what you wish worked differently;
- and whether your priority is modernising systems, reducing owner dependency, or both.
You do not need to prepare a technical specification.
