Are you an AI consultant?
No. I use AI extensively where it is useful, including AI-assisted development and analysis. But I am not selling “AI transformation” as the product. The objective is a better-running business.
Do you replace ERP systems?
Sometimes. Sometimes not. An existing ERP may remain a sensible system of record while other functions are rebuilt around it.
Do you only work with SAP Business One?
No. SAP Business One is part of my practical experience, but the approach is ERP-independent.
Can you really rebuild a business in eight weeks?
A meaningful amount can sometimes be achieved in eight focused weeks. A complete replacement of every system in every business cannot responsibly be guaranteed.
Will you monitor our employees?
No. Technical logging or observation, where authorised and appropriate, is intended to understand software behaviour and business processes. It is not a productivity-monitoring service.
Do we have to come to New Zealand?
No. The Business Rebuild can be delivered remotely.
What if you think our project is a bad idea?
I will say so. A proper assessment should be able to conclude GREEN, AMBER or RED.
Are you a large consultancy?
No. HubertKuzel.com is intentionally personal. You are dealing directly with me, with appropriate specialists brought in when the project genuinely requires them.
