Running a business while trying to redesign the systems underneath it is difficult.
The phone rings. Staff need answers. Customers need attention. Something always becomes more urgent than the rebuild.
The New Zealand Business Rebuild creates physical separation from that environment.
Your company continues operating at home. You come to New Zealand for approximately eight weeks and work directly with me on the agreed business and system rebuild.
We securely connect to authorised systems. We involve key staff remotely when their knowledge is required. We make decisions, build, test and review from here.
This is not a package holiday
I provide the professional business-rebuild service. You arrange and pay separately for flights, accommodation, meals, insurance, tourism, visas or entry requirements, domestic travel and personal expenses.
The purpose of New Zealand is focus and perspective, not bundling tourism into a software contract.
A realistic eight-week structure
Weeks 1–2: Understand
Confirm the system map, workflows, business rules, exceptions, integrations and real priorities.
Weeks 2–4: Design
Decide what stays, what changes and what the future operating environment should look like.
Weeks 3–7: Build & Test
Create the agreed applications, integrations, automations and controls. Test alongside the old environment where sensible.
Week 8: Transition
Acceptance testing, documentation, training, deployment and a controlled roadmap for anything that responsibly requires longer.
What I will not promise
I will not promise to completely replace every ERP in every 100-person company in eight weeks. That is not credible.
The objective is to leave New Zealand with a substantially improved and modernised operating environment, tested new processes and a controlled plan for anything that should not be rushed.
Every candidate starts with a remote assessment before making travel plans.
